THE WAY WE EAT IN STELLENBOSCH : SPRING

The first of four seasonal dinners with inspiration drawn from the much-loved recipe book, The Way We Eat in Stellenbosch by The Stellenbosch Fynproewersgilde will be hosted by Hamm & Uys and The Farmer’s Daughter.
It will be a culinary experience where acclaimed chef Johnny Hamman has adapted the recipes with a contemporary twist to serve the finest that Stellenbosch’s food and wine culture has to offer. Against the backdrop of the breathtakingly beautiful farm Johannesdal 1207 the evening promises to be a feast for the senses. And with the theme of Spring, it will include a performance of the poem by DJ Opperman, the opening of a few traditional family-driven and carefully hand-cultivated reserve and vintage wines, and some surprise treats.
