Shipping policy

South Africa

Our online shop currently ships only to South Africa. We charge a flat rate of R150 for orders under R1500, and we offer free shipping for orders over that amount.

We produce to order with a lead time of 1-4 weeks, depending on the quantity of order. Courier delivery takes between 2-3 days and we are able to send tracking details on request. You will be notified by preferred method from the store once the order has been fulfilled.

Invoices are not sent with the parcels, but are emailed at the time an order is placed.

International

Shipping outside of South Africa is not currently offered directly from our online shop. If you would like to order for shipment outside of South Africa, please contact us through our in shop chat or you can email us at email@okracandle.co.za to arrange a quotation for international shipping. Customs and taxes may apply to international orders - these are payable by the customer.
